Hello again Webheads! Rise from your dormancy and heed my blog post!
I started working on this latest site redesign in May. My initial idea was to use colors I hadn't used previously on the Haunted Web. In previous iterations, this site has been greenish, blueish, primary-color-ish and rainbow-ish. I ended up really liking this orange, blue and purple combination. I spent some time photobashing a new background and then tweaked the colors to match it.
After I finalized the color palette, I took a hiatus, and when I came back I reformatted my main pages and added the finishing touches to the new look. Since the last redesign, I've taken to giving my stylesheets names. The previous iteration was named "Hazy", this current one is named "Frenetic".
I might add more thoughts on my process here as I work on finishing up the new design. I'm itching to get this latest update out.
